3. If you don't understand your lilbing, I understand and am happy to explain it to you. However don't expect overwhelming sympathy, credit, etc if you call up to complain about service issues/demand credit but haven't paid a bill in two months. Also, by the same token, don't call up and complain about the bill and that you pay every month if you don't actually pay the bill in full every month.4. Understand that if I ask you to perform a certain function or process that I'm not doing it for repetitions sake, I'm following a procedure. You may have unplugged your service, rebooted, etc, but you didn't do it where I can watch it on my diagnostics. Also understand that in the event I can't get your service working (a) there may be an issue where more people than you are having service problems and (b) you're not the only customer that we have in neither case will I be able to get a technician to you "right now". You'll have to be patient.
