While I agree with the frustration, some thghouts on some of the numbers:Number 2: ok but only if you are happy to pay more for for the product because it saves the company money to outsource overseas.Number 8: ok but as long as you are happy for that live person to then have to identify why you have called, then transfer you to the correct area. Then you are going to have to wait in another queue to then explain again why you called. Better to at least get to the right area from some quick and simple voice prompts if you speak clearly and in only a few words such as "technical", "billing", etc. I only want the live person when that live person is the one I can get my help from. Plus they always have an option for enquiries that don't fit the menu.Number 7. Ask me as many security questions as you please, I don't want someone getting my information. While obviously some companies are better than others, I'd be worried the company that gives everything away for free is gonna go under and not be able to provide their great product anymore.
