How VMI Works
Our VMI program is a value added service for our customers. To get started, all we need is a starting bill of material. In some cases, we can develop the initial list based on purchasing history, or by conducting a physical inventory to identify the items needed in the VMI program.
Electrical Contractor VMI
Our VMI department serves electrical contractor job sites through on-site shipping containers and/or job boxes. We also provide inventory management for contractor shop inventory for meeting their service department needs.
Industrial, OEM's, Hospitals, College VMI
VMI meets inventory needs in storerooms or by strategically placing inventory directly on the plant floor. Our customers receive fulfillment services twice a week, weekly, or bi-weekly based on usage and customer requirements.
